Does Fountain Pour Company LLC provide the alcohol?

We operate as a dry-hire service! You provide the alcohol, we handle the rest! Not sure how much to purchase? We will guide you based on the guest count and event length.
When should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your date. For weddings, holidays and large events, we recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance, earlier is always better!
Where do you serve?

Our company is based in Jacksonville, Florida and travels to surrounding areas or North Florida such as, St. Augustine and Fernandina Beach
How does pricing work?

Our bartending prices start at $520 for up to 4 hours of service. From there we will build custom supply packages. Every quote is custom and free- no obligation!
Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with remaining balance due before event date. All details will be clearly stated during the booking process, so no surprises!
Can Fountain Pour Company LLC handle high volume events?

Absolutely! We ensure 2 bartenders attend every event to ensure bar lines continue moving and service is smooth, even during peak moments!
What is a dry hire mobile bartending service?

We provide professional bartenders, bar equipment, mixers, garnishes, disposables and everything needed to create your experience - while you provide the alcohol. This allows us to comply with Florida regulations without spiking the price of bar service! We do not sell, purchase, or provide alcohol. This approach gives you more control over your beverage selection and budget while ensuring we operate in compliance with state regulations.
Is Fountain Pour Company LLC insured?

Yes! We carry general and liquor liability insurance, and our bartenders are state certified and professionally trained.
What happens if I need to cancel my event?

Our cancellation policy will be outlined in your contract. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Do you offer a mocktail service?

Absolutely! We offer alcohol-free beverage packages featuring handcrafted mocktails that are perfect for guests of all ages!
Does Fountain Pour Company LLC travel?

Yes! Travel within our standard area - Jacksonville, Fl is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of our service radius.
Can Fountain Pour Company LLC match my event theme?

Absolutely! We offer custom cocktail names, menus, garnishes and upgrading to customized bar decor is an option as well! We will work to create your custom bar experience tailored to your event celebration!
How much space will Fountain Pour Company LLC need to work my event?

Most of our setups require approximately a 9’ x 9’ area, though this varies depending on the package and event size.
